We came into Wyoming on June 9th from South Dakota after coming down from North Dakota on June 8th. Paul and Pat had gone ahead and visited Deadwood, SD, then on to Gillette where they toured the strip coal mines on the 9th. Kay and Lloyd met up with them in Gillette. We had lunch and then headed down US16 toward Thermopolis which has the Hot Springs State Park. We spent an extra day there visiting the wax museum and Hot Springs.

We got to Cody on June 11th and got a campground that was very reasonable. They also had a high speed internet connection so that helped us out. We went to Buffalo Bill's museum the next couple of days. As an example, they have about 2700 rifles and guns of all sorts in one section of the museum. We also ate at Buffalo Bill's daughters hotel called Irma's hotel. Prime rib - all you can eat - for $8.95 plus drinks. WOW!
